PTSD- Anyone out there involuntarily retired because people think your crazy!!!!????? I have!
I was a perfectly happy disabled Marine of Vietnam working in the National Museum of the Marine Corps, and I find out after 20+ years of doing pretty good in the museum field, I have "mental issue!" No Shit! This was decided by a kid who never wore a uniform, hasn't been anywhere or done squat decides I'm crazy. I'm a Marine! We're all crazy!
So I'm out on my ass because my PTSD supposedly interferes with my performance. Now I sit home and think of Nam all the time
